Let’s journey back to 1999 when our CEO and Founder, Michael Tasner, was just 15 years old. During a time when web design was a rare skill and a dinosaur PC cost thousands of dollars, Michael saw an opportunity.
With a vision and determination, Michael spent his days at the public library, using their computers to build websites. His first client? His parents’ tax lady. Thus began his entrepreneurial journey with MST Designs (standing for Michael Scott Tasner).
Michael’s knack for marketing allowed him to pay his way through college, where he studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Bradley University. After his first branding course, he rebranded MST Designs to Taz Solutions. The company grew, and so did Michael’s marketing prowess.
His marketing insights led him to write the best-selling book “Marketing In The Moment,” where he introduced concepts like Web 3.0 Marketing long before they became industry standards. The book’s success catapulted Michael into marketing fame, leading him to work with Jay Levinson, the legendary author of Guerilla Marketing.
After selling the $1 million-a-year Taz Solutions, Michael founded No Joke Marketing. We’re not just another marketing agency; we’re the culmination of decades of expertise, innovation, and a relentless drive to propel businesses forward. Authenticity is in our DNA, and excellence is our standard.
